1. Cancellation Timeframes
1.1 Cancellation 60+ Days Before Treatment:
- Refund: 100% of amount paid (minus 5% processing fee)
- Processing Time: 14-21 business days
- Method: Original payment method
1.2 Cancellation 30-59 Days Before Treatment:
- Refund: 75% of total package cost
- Non-refundable: 25% administrative and booking fees
- Processing Time: 21-30 business days
1.3 Cancellation 15-29 Days Before Treatment:
- Refund: 50% of total package cost
- Non-refundable: 50% (covers accommodation and medical staff reservations)
- Alternative: May reschedule within 12 months with 10% fee
1.4 Cancellation 14 Days or Less Before Treatment:
- Refund: 25% of total package cost
- Non-refundable: 75%
- Reason: Full medical team and facilities reserved
1.5 No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation:
- Refund: No refund
- Amount Charged: 100% of package cost
2. Medical Emergency Cancellations
2.1 Covered Situations:
- Hospitalization of patient or immediate family member
- Serious illness preventing travel (with medical certificate)
- Death in immediate family
- Medical contraindication discovered after booking
2.2 Required Documentation:
- Official medical certificate from licensed physician
- Hospital admission records (if applicable)
- Death certificate (if applicable)
- Must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation
2.3 Medical Emergency Refund:
- 80% refund regardless of timeframe
- 20% administrative fee retained
- Alternative: Full credit for rescheduling within 18 months
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1 Rescheduling 60+ Days Before:
- Free rescheduling (one time)
- Subject to availability
- Must be within 12 months of original date
3.2 Rescheduling 30-59 Days Before:
- 10% rescheduling fee
- Must be within 12 months
3.3 Rescheduling Less Than 30 Days:
- 25% rescheduling fee
- Subject to strict availability
4. Partial Refunds (Early Departure)
If you start treatment but leave early:
- No refund for unused nights or treatments
- Exception: Medical emergency requiring evacuation (50% refund of unused portion with documentation)
- Accommodation costs are non-refundable once check-in occurs
5. Force Majeure
Events Beyond Our Control:
- Natural disasters
- War or civil unrest
- Pandemic restrictions
- Government travel bans
Force Majeure Refund:
- 100% refund OR
- Credit for future booking with no expiration
- Patient's choice
6. Refund Processing
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
- Bank Transfers: Returned via bank transfer (customer pays transfer fees)
- Processing Time: 14-30 business days depending on payment method
- Currency: Refunded in original payment currency
7. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Highly Recommended: We strongly advise all patients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies abroad
- Medical evacuation
- Travel delays
8. How to Cancel

- Booking reference number
- Full name
- Treatment date
- Reason for cancellation
- Medical documentation (if applicable)
Step 3: Await confirmation email (within 48 hours)
Step 4: Refund processed within stated timeframe
